Returns Policy

At FADHL, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund, subject to the terms outlined below.

To initiate a return, please inform us via email at admin@fadhl.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for the return. 

FADHL will send a confirmation email including a returns form. Please return the item(s) to the address provided. Please ensure that the completed returns form is included in the package. Failure to include this form may result in delays or difficulties in processing your refund.

Please note, we do not cover the costs of postage upon returning items, this is the customer’s responsibility.

All goods will be inspected upon return. (The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact).

If approved, your refund will be processed for the value of the item(s) only, excluding the original shipping fee and any shipping costs incurred to return the item(s) to us. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and it may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account. If the returned item(s) do not meet our return criteria, unless a compromise is reached, they will be sent back, with the shipping costs covered by the customer.
